- Short Movies about Inner Discovery ... The thoughts of a student -
What Am I Trying to Say?

I am learning the art of reaching inside myself to the peace and beauty that is there. I practice feeling this peace and learn to know myself deeper and deeper.

In a way, this is a small adjustment -- I've always considered myself a deep sort of guy -- but my priorities are completely shifting. My concern now is the basic gifts that we all have, because I am discovering that peace is a gift of life. This is too profound to ignore and too important to keep a secret.

I am creating the Treasure Inside movies to say this message:

Something can be felt inside oneself,

and only inside:

There's an inside source of peace!

I am discovering that my most essential possession is life itself. Pretty simple, eh? Yes, very simple, and I seek to be simple enough to truly embrace it. I am certainly not the first person to make this discovery, but that doesn't make it any smaller. Many people also love this perspective, but it is difficult to talk about. I find these poetic visual metaphors work well, so I am making short animated movies.

A teacher named Prem Rawat is teaching me to tap inner peace, and reminds me of its importance. I now cherish what was insignificant and mundane. You can learn about him at Words of Peace.

I remember well when I first heard about this understanding. "Life is beautiful all by itself? There's something valuable inside of me that I don't see? I don't need to read or diet or study books?" I was interested, but I did not want to listen to a teacher or expert. I just wanted to hear someone like me. I wanted to ask: What are you  getting out of this?

Do you feel like that? I am not a big expert or official spokesman. I am just a guy who's learning to embrace this perspective. I believe many people would also love it. You're welcome to write to me if you have questions about my movies or my message or you just want to say hello ...
